Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g noodles, e.g. Celestine noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Leeks (leek)
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) red apple
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 jar(s) (236 ml; separation weight: 140 g) Pineapple in slices
  • 2 red onions
  • 150 g Rocket
  • 150 g Miracel Whip
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain and allow to cool. In the meantime, clean and wash the leek and cut it into fine rings. Wash and quarter the apple and cut out the core.

    Cut the apple into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Drain the pineapple and collect the juice. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel and halve onions and cut into rings. Clean the rocket, wash and pat dry.

    For the sauce, stir the Miracel Whip, yoghurt and 4-5 tablespoons of pineapple juice until smooth. Season to taste with curry, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients and sauce and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
