Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Nüssli salad (lamb's lettuce or Rapunzel)
  • 2 small shallots
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g white mushrooms
  • 250 g Soft cheese with green pepper (double cream step)

Directions

    Clean the lettuce, wash several times and drain. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and shallots. Whip the oil into it. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half or quarters.

    Wash and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Dice cheese. Mix tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese in the vinaigrette. Arrange the salad on plates and arrange the cheese vinaigrette on top
