Fresh salad with feta cheese and olives

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Head Lollo bianco
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) small red pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

    Wash and clean the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Wash lettuce, dab dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Dice cheese. Clean, wash and finely dice the bell peppers. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip oil under it and add paprika cubes. Arrange lettuce, olives, cucumber and cheese on plates, pour paprika vinaigrette over them and serve garnished with basil
