Ingredients

  • 1 small galia melon
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Java peppercorn
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 125 g Rocket
  • 7-10 Tbsp some green peppercorns

Directions

    Quarter the melon, remove the seeds and cut out balls from the flesh. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash peppers, cut into rings, then remove seeds. Wash the cucumber. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into wide strips with an asparagus peeler. Halve the avocado, peel and core it. Cut the flesh into half rings.

    Season vinegar and lemon juice with salt, coarse pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Mix prepared ingredients and marinade carefully. Clean and wash the rocket, pluck into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Pour in prepared salad. Sprinkle with green peppercorns as desired
