Ingredients

  • 250 g young leaf spinach
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) red pepper
  • 175 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Basam vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Maize-germ oil

Directions

    Sort the spinach, wash thoroughly several times and drain. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan and let them cool down. Clean, wash and slice the peppers into fine strips. Dice the feta cheese. Peel onion and also cut into cubes. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.

    Mix vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Add paprika and feta cheese and turn in the vinaigrette. Mix with the drained spinach and arrange on plates. Serve sprinkled with pine nuts
