Ingredients

  • 1 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower seeds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil

Directions

    Clean the salad, cut into strips, wash and drain. Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Wash apples, quarter them, remove seeds and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Lightly roast sunflower seeds in a pan without fat.

    Mix vinegar and lemon juice. Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Mix salad, carrots, apples and spring onions with the vinaigrette. Sprinkle salad with sunflower seeds
