Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (460 g) Pizza dough base mix (2 bags of 230 g each)
  • 1.5 kg Tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 glass (156 ml; drained weight: 85 g) black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato seasoning salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON dried basil
  • some stem(s) Basil to garnish
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Knead the dough mixture and 1/4 litre of lukewarm water to a smooth dough, roll out on a greased baking tray and press the edges up a little. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Cut ham into strips. Drain the olives. Cover dough with tomatoes.

    Spread ham, mozzarella and olives on the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, tomato seasoning salt and dried basil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for about 35 minutes. Wash the basil, remove the leaves and garnish the pizza with it. Results in about 16 pieces
