Peel and chop onion and garlic. Clean, wash and roughly chop the mushrooms. Knead everything with mince. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano
Roll out the dough on a little flour to a rectangle (approx. 26 x 42 cm). Place it on a small greased baking tray (approx. 22 x 38 cm) (see tip) and press it up slightly at the edge. Spread the chopping mixture on top
Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes and place them on the mince. Drain the mozzarella, cut into slices and spread on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the cake in a hot oven (electric range: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Wash, pluck and sprinkle oregano over the cake
