Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower seeds
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Rocket or frisée
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Radish sprouts
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON vinegar, salt, pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar, 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 40 g Gouda cheese (e.g. old)
  • 1 disc (50 g) Wholemeal bread

Directions

    Roast sunflower seeds without fat. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Rocket cleaning, washing, plucking smaller. Wash sprouts. Peel and chop onion

    Mix vinegar, 2 tablespoons water, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix with the salad ingredients. Slice cheese over it. Add bread
