Salad with lemon marinade

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Head radicchio salad
  • 1/2 small head green salad (e.g. Batavia salad)
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices

Directions

    For the salad dressing, peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Wash and dry lemon and grate half the peel finely. Squeeze the juice

    Mix onion, chives, lemon peel and juice and 3 tablespoons of water. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the oil well

    Clean and wash the radicchio and cut into thin slices. Wash green salad, drain and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash, clean and halve or quarter the tomatoes

    Arrange the prepared salad ingredients on plates. Drizzle marinade over the salad. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.

    Moisten the leaves slightly and put them in a plastic bag in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator
