Toast with tomato & ham

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 Rye baguette (approx. 300 g)
  • 4-6 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 (approx. 500 g) ripe tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse black pepper
  • 75 g air-dried
  • 7-10 Tbsp jambon en fines tranches
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olives and wooden skewers

Directions

    Cut baguette into approx. 20 slices and fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown

    If necessary, slice the cheese into thin shavings with a peeler. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cover bread with a slice of tomato and season with pepper. Cover half of the bread slices with ham, the other half with cheese. Possibly pin the olives with wooden skewers on the bread
