Cut baguette into approx. 20 slices and fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown
If necessary, slice the cheese into thin shavings with a peeler. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cover bread with a slice of tomato and season with pepper. Cover half of the bread slices with ham, the other half with cheese. Possibly pin the olives with wooden skewers on the bread
