Toast slices of toast in a toaster and brush with butter. Wash the mushrooms and cut into fine slices. Wash rocket and shake dry. Spread salami, mushrooms and mountain cheese on the toasts and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see
manufacturer) approx. 4 minutes gratinated. Serve with rocket.
