Ingredients

Servings: 65
  • 250 g Butter or margarine
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 450 g Flour
  • 125 g finely ground almonds
  • 150 g Dark chocolate coating
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cream fat, sugar and vanillin sugar. Stir in egg. Sift the flour onto the fat egg mass, add the almonds and mix everything together. Pour the dough into a pastry press one after the other, squirt circles and strips onto a baking tray lined with baking paper as desired.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 175°C/ gas: level 2) for 12-15 minutes. Repeat the process until the dough is used up. Let the cookies cool down on a cake rack. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating, melt in a water bath and dip the cookies halfway into the chocolate coating.

    Place on a cake rack and let the chocolate coating dry.
