Ingredients

  • 500 g soft camembert
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 30 g Hazelnut flakes
  • 40-50 g Pumpernickel
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 2-3 stem(s) Dill
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 45 Chocolate sleeves

Directions

    Dice Camembert. Mash with butter first with a fork, then stir until creamy. Peel, chop and stir in the onion. Chill for about 30 minutes.

    Roast nuts without fat. Crumble the pumpernickel very finely. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop

    Form approx. 45 walnut-sized balls from the cheese mixture with your hands. Roll approx. 9 each in hazelnut leaves, herbs, pumpernickel, paprika and curry. Place the cheese pralines in the paper sleeves. Put in a cool place
