  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few needles of rosemary
  • 1.5 kg mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 small peppers
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 75 g black olives
  • 75 g pickled peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix prepared ingredients, minced meat, egg, mustard and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the minced meat mixture on a greased baking tray.

    Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Fry in hot olive oil for about 10 minutes. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut cheese into thin slices. Cut the minced quiche into portions. One half with tomatoes and mozzarella, the other with pieces of paprika and feta cheese topping. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange olives and pepperoni on top. Bake again in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.
