Ingredients

  • 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 2 packages "Delicious tomato sauce"
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Pizza spice
  • 8-10 (150 g each) Pork escalope
  • 150 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 (approx. 150 g) large slices of cooked ham
  • 500 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Puree the tomatoes together with the liquid

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté onion and garlic in it. Fry the mushrooms briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in tomato puree and bring to the boil. Stir in sauce powder and simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste with pizza spice

    Dab the schnitzel. Season with salt and pepper and fry briefly on each side in 1-2 tablespoons of hot oil in a pan

    Place the escalopes close together on an oiled fat pan. Sprinkle with parmesan and cover with slices of ham. Pour sauce evenly over the escalopes. Braise in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 1 1/2 hours

    Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Distribute on the Schnitzel Pizza about 15 minutes before the end of the frying time and bake at 200 °C (fan oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) until golden brown. Garnish with basil
