Mexican chili was the inspiration for the gratinated fake rabbit. So that the meat in the oven is also well browned, we use a little more mince than minced meat.

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 kg Mett (seasoned minced pork)
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 can(s) (à 850 ml) Kidney beans
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml each) Corn
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g ripened cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 250 ml Barbecue sauce (bottle)
  • 200 g grated gouda

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Knead the ground pork, minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions and garlic and season with 2 tsp. salt, pepper and paprika powder. Press the minced meat mass onto the bottom of a greased fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm). First roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 230 °C/circulating air: 210 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 30 minutes.

  2. 2

Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Rinse and drain the beans. Drain the corn. Cut lettuce into quarters, wash and cut into thin strips from the stalk. Mix sour cream, oil, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Mix salad and dressing.

  3. 3

Remove the meatloaf and turn down the oven temperature (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer) Spread the barbecue sauce on the roast. Spread beans, corn and paprika on top. Sprinkle with cheese (TIP: Pre-bake the minced meat mass in several steps, first at a high temperature, so that roasting aromas develop on the surface, then spread the remaining ingredients and finally the cheese on top). Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Arrange everything. Tortilla chips and sour cream are delicious with it.
