For the Cajun chicken, peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the oregano, shake dry and remove the leaves. Mix both with 2 tbsp. oil, 1-2 tsp.
Cajun spice and salt. Wash the chicken fillets, dab dry and brush with it. Heat up a pan. Fry the chicken fillets on both sides at medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
For the salsa, meanwhile, wash and dice the tomatoes. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into equally large cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop. Mix the prepared salsa ingredients, lime juice and 1 tbsp.
oil. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco. Serve the chicken with salsa. Add lime wedges as desired. Thin flat breads taste good with it.
