Tex-Mex pizza with chicken

Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 (7 g) bag of dry yeast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 300 g Chicken filets
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g red onions
  • 375 g Tomatoes
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 1 package (125 g) Mozzarella
  • 100 g Texicana Salsa seasoning sauce
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 (approx. 400 g) ripe avocados
  • 4-5 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime
  • 1/2 bunch Chives for sprinkling
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preparation: For the dough mix flour, yeast and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil and 125 ml lukewarm water and knead everything first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the chicken fillets and pat them dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillets for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan and let it cool down.

    Peel the onions and cut them into slices. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and dice. Wash the chilli pepper, cut lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the chilli into very fine rings. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Cut chicken fillets into slices as well. Roll out the dough round (approx. 28 cm Ø) on a floured work surface and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the dough with salsa. Cover with chicken, tomatoes, onions and mozzarella and salt lightly. Sprinkle with chilli powder. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.

    Spread the dough with salsa. Cover with chicken, tomatoes, onions and mozzarella and salt lightly. Sprinkle with chilli powder. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Cut avocados in half, remove stone and remove the flesh from the skin with a spoon. Puree avocado and lime juice. Stir in garlic and season with salt and chilli powder. Arrange in a bowl, sprinkle with chilli powder and garnish with lime wedges. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Sprinkle finished pizza with chives and garnish with chillies. Serve with avocado dip

    Puree avocado and lime juice. Stir in garlic and season with salt and chilli powder. Arrange in a bowl, sprinkle with chilli powder and garnish with lime wedges. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Sprinkle finished pizza with chives and garnish with chillies. Serve with avocado dip
