Tacos with hoof steak and tomato salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 Onions
  • 600 g Tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Jalapeños in discs (glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 250 g Hoof steak
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 5 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 12 Tacoshells

Directions

    Peel the onions. Wash and seed the tomatoes and dice them finely. Chop the jalapeños. Mix half onions, tomatoes, jalapeños and lime juice, crush a little with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.

    Dab meat dry. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes, turning, salt and remove. Fry the rest of the onion in the frying fat for approx. 5 minutes, deglaze with 3 tbsp water. Wash and chop parsley. Chop the meat finely.

    Mix with onions, season with salt, pepper and cumin. Spread the meat, salsa and parsley into the tacos.
