Gratinated strips of smoked pork loin and paprika from the oven, served with mashed potatoes - great, what you can conjure up in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g detached pork chop
  • 3 Peppers (e.g. red, yellow, green)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, rose paprika, nutmeg
  • 100 g Butter cheese
  • 2 packs Mashed potatoes complete with milk
  • 1⁄2 Federation Chives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter

Directions

    Dab smoked pork dry, first cut into slices, then into strips. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Fry both in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and rose paprika.

    Fill into a casserole dish, grate cheese over it, gratinate under the oven grill for about 5 minutes.

    Bring 1 l water and about 1 teaspoon salt to the boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the puree powder. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Stir in chives and butter, season with nutmeg. Serve to the Kasselergeschnetzelte.
