Rinse raisins and pat dry. Mix quark, raisins, sugar, lemon juice and egg. Cut the pancakes in half and spread each with a tablespoon of curd mixture, roll them up and place them in a greased casserole dish (approx. 1 1/2 litres capacity).
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime drain and puree the peaches. Serve the finished casserole and peach sauce together.
Dust with icing sugar.
