Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Wholemeal wheat flour
  • 200 g Oatmeal
  • 50 g Fructose
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 375 g Butter or margarine
  • 200 g Walnut kernels
  • 150 g Orange marmalade
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur (e.g. Grand Marnier)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 150 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 150 g white couverture
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Knead flour, oat flakes, fructose, eggs and 250 g of not too hard fat into a smooth dough. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. In the meantime chop the walnuts. Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray (32x39 cm). Heat the orange jam and half of the orange liqueur and spread it on the dough. Heat cream, remaining fat and orange liqueur in a pot and stir in the chopped walnuts.

  2. 2

Spread the nut mixture on the jam layer and bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Let cool off. Cut the dough into small or large squares (5x5 cm or 8x8 cm) as desired and halve diagonally. Chop the chocolate coating and melt separately in a hot water bath. Dip the triangles in couverture at will and let them dry on a cake rack. Results in about 32 large or 84 small corners
