Ingredients

  • 200 g peeled apples
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of sweetener
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 48 g Fructose
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 6 g Scattered sweetness
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the apples and cut them into pieces. Steam with lemon juice and 2-3 tablespoons of water for about 8 minutes. Leave to cool. Flavour with sweetener. Mix quark, oil, milk, fructose and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Mix flour and baking powder, knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Finally, work into a smooth dough with your hands.

    Roll out to a square (approx. 40 x 40 cm) on a slightly floured work surface and cut out approx. 8 rectangles (10 x 10 cm). Place 2 teaspoons of stewed apple on each half of the dough. Moisten the edges of the dough with water and slightly overlap the other half of the dough. Press the edges together slightly.
