Ingredients

  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g small peanut-caramel bars (e.g. Snickers miniatures)
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder
  • baking paper

Directions

    Chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Roughly chop the Snickers. Mix butter, salt, sugar and vanilla extract with the whisk of the hand mixer. First stir in egg, then melted chocolate. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa, stir into the butter-chocolate mixture. Fold about 2/3 of the Snickers into the dough

    Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Use a tablespoon to place 6 large piles on each tray (keep the distance), press them a little flatter. Sprinkle the rest of the snickers on top and press down a little. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 10 minutes. Bake on a baking tray for approx. 5 minutes, then let it cool down on a cake rack
