Summer vegetable soup

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 cubes "Clear soup with fine vegetables" (purely vegetable)
  • 300 g свежая зелёная фасд.?c
  • 2 Federation Carrots
  • 3 Kohlrabi
  • 500 g (300 g) fresh peas or 1 package of frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g frozen meatballs
  • 1 potty Chervil

Directions

    Bring 1 1/2 litres of water to the boil, add stock cubes. Clean, wash and halve the beans and cook in the stock for about 20 minutes. Peel, wash and slice carrots. Clean, wash and cut kohlrabi into pieces. Peas peel.

    Add the carrots, kohlrabi and peas about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add dumplings to the hot soup and let them simmer until they come to the surface. Wash the chervil and pluck into leaves. Serve the soup garnished with chervil leaves in a soup tureen
