Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS (50 g) Frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) light salad cream
  • 5 tablespoons (75 g) Lean yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON chive rolls, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, 100 g gherkins
  • 50 g Poultry meat sausage
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 Salad leaves
  • 1 disc (50 g) Wholemeal bread

Directions

    Defrost the peas. Mix salad cream, yoghurt and chives and season. Dice 1 cucumber and sausage. Fold both with peas into the cream

    Wash the tomatoes and cut off 1 lid each. Hollow out the tomatoes. Pour in sausage salad. Arrange on salad with the rest of the cucumber and the tomato lids. Eat bread with it
