Ingredients

  • 80 g Beefsteak mince (Tatar)
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON oil, some parsley
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON grainy mustard
  • 300 g Vegetables (cucumber, cabbage-
  • 7-10 Tbsp rabi, radish, cherry tomatoes)
  • 2 (approx. 30 g) Schwedenbröd

Directions

    Knead minced meat and curd, season. Form 2-3 rolls, fry in hot oil

    Wash and chop the parsley. Mix with yoghurt and mustard, season. Clean, wash and chop the vegetables. Arrange everything. Eat Swedish bread with them
