Stuffed peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 large red peppers
  • 250 g Courgette
  • 2 Meat Tomatoes
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar Parsley and Dill
  • 50 g Butter

Directions

    Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds. Wash the pods. Clean, wash and dice the zucchini and tomatoes. Dice cheese finely as well. Mix zucchini, tomatoes and cheese.

    Season with salt and pepper and fill into the pepper halves. Wash the herbs, chop finely and sprinkle over the vegetables. Put butter flakes on top and wrap each pepper half in aluminium foil. Grill on the hot grill for about 30 minutes
