Halve the strawberries (wash before cleaning). Wash and chop the rhubarb
Steam rhubarb and half of the strawberries in 3-5 tablespoons (50 ml) covered water for about 5 minutes
Mix the sauce powder with 1-2 tbsp. water and stir into the boiling groats. Boil up again while stirring. Season to taste with sweetener and let cool off
Cut lemon balm into strips. Fold in with the rest of the strawberries. Decorate the groats with lemon and lemon balm as desired. Add the waffles
