Plucking marzipan. Puree marzipan, egg and sugar. Stir in crème fraiche. Wash the apples. Remove the core with an apple corer. Mix cranberries, flaked almonds and raisins, fill apples with it.
Place the apples in an ovenproof dish and pour marzipan icing over them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 20 minutes. Take out and serve.
