  • 75 g Ladyfingers
  • 5-6 Tbsp Amaretto liqueur
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 75 g sugar
  • 350 g Edible quark (20 %)
  • 250 g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
  • 5-6 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Cocoa

Directions

    Coarsely crumble the lady fingers and fill them into a rectangular form (approx. 1 1/2 l capacity). Sprinkle with liqueur and approx.

    Leave to soak for 30 minutes

    Wash, clean and halve or quarter the strawberries. Put some strawberries aside for decoration. Sprinkle the rest of the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Leave to stand for a while

    Mix quark, mascarpone, milk, vanillin sugar and 75 g sugar with the whisks of the hand mixer. First spread the strawberries, then the mascarpone cream on the sponge crumbs. Keep cool until serving. Dust with cocoa and decorate with the rest of the strawberries
