Clean, wash and cut the radishes into quarters. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into thin rings. Wash dill, shake dry, pluck dill flags from the stems and cut finely.
Whisk eggs, onion rings and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them set while stirring slowly. Add the prawns and radishes.
Spread the breads with the remaining butter. Arrange the breads and scrambled eggs.
