Ingredients

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh oregano
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel the shallot and cut into cubes. Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Wash and roughly chop the oregano.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté shallot in it until translucent, add bell pepper and zucchini and sauté everything briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.
