Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut oranges into slices. Grease fireproof moulds (approx. 12 cm Ø) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Separate the egg.
Cream fat, sugar and egg yolk. Stir in curd, milk and grated almonds. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in. Fill quark mixture and orange slices into moulds. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Serve decorated with melissa.
