Apple punch and marshmallow cocoa

Ingredients

  • 2 rosy-cheeked apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 TSP. Black tea blend
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 4 Apple tea bag (e.g. Fix apple)
  • 250 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 200 g Whole milk couverture
  • 1 1/2 l Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 24-32 white marshmallow
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    For the punch, wash 1 apple and cut into fine slices. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and leave to dry (either on the radiator or in the oven). Brew black tea with 750 ml water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Put black tea, 750 ml water, spices, 1 pinch of salt and honey in a pot. Hang the apple tea bag and bring to the boil. Let the punch steep for 5-8 minutes. Then remove the tea bags. Before serving, wash an apple, grate it dry and cut it into fine thin slices. Heat up the punch. Put apple slices into the glasses and fill up with punch. Decorate with dried apple slices

    For the cocoa, coarsely chop 200 g of dark and milk couverture. Heat milk and sugar. Melt the couverture in the hot milk while stirring. Coarsely chop 50 g dark chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath. Cover marshmallows in different ways with melted chocolate coating and allow to dry. Put the marshmallows on skewers and serve with the cocoa
