Peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely, press the garlic through a garlic press. Wash the chilli, cut lengthwise and remove the seeds. Chop the chilli finely. Mix oil, half of the onion, garlic and chili.
Place minute steaks on a deep plate, brush with marinade and leave covered to marinate for about 1 hour. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Wash the salad and drain well. Mix salad cream, yoghurt and remaining onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cut baguette into 4 pieces and cut each piece horizontally. Roast the baguette pieces briefly on the preheated grill, let them cool down a little and spread a thin layer of salad cream on them. Place minute steaks on the grill, grill for 3-4 minutes while turning and season with salt. Cover the lower baguette halves with lettuce, steaks and tomato slices, spread the remaining salad cream on top and sprinkle with pepper.

Place minute steaks on the grill, grill for 3-4 minutes while turning and season with salt. Cover the lower baguette halves with lettuce, steaks and tomato slices, spread the remaining salad cream on top and sprinkle with pepper. Cover with the upper baguette halves. Serve immediately
