Ingredients

  • 1 pack of "base mix short pastry"
  • 1 package Orange fruit (fruit with raw sugar)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Gingerbread spice
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 Protein (size M)
  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Knead baking mix, orange fruit, gingerbread spice, egg, egg white and fat. Put in a cool place for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/2 cm. Cut out stars. Place on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Prick 1 small hole on each edge.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Let cool down. Mix juice and icing sugar. Spread the stars with it. Attach ribbons to the stars as desired. Results in about 40 pieces
