Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces. Fry in hot oil while turning for 10-15 minutes. Dice the smoked pork. Clean, wash and cut the pointed cabbage into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion. Add onion, cabbage and sliced pork to the potatoes and fry. Add stock and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them. Stir into the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Garnish the pan with a blob of yoghurt and tomato pieces
