Finely dice Camembert, add softened butter and cream cheese and mash with a fork. Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onions. Put some spring onions aside for sprinkling.
Knead cheese mixture with onion, spring onions, paprika, caraway and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, arrange and sprinkle with set aside spring onions. Lye pastry tastes good with it.
