  • 2 Shallots
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (in juice)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON pickled green pepper
  • 100 g Rocket
  • 4 leaves Lollo bianco or green salad (e.g. green fairy)
  • 175 g Liver pâté

    For the vinaigrette, peel and finely chop the shallots. Mix cranberries, vinegar, shallots and green pepper. Wash the rocket, drain and pluck into pieces. Wash green salad, dab dry and cut into strips. Cut pâté into eight slices. Arrange salad and two slices of pâté on plates. Pour marinade over it
