Ingredients

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 100 g carrots, 1 onion
  • 200 g leaf spinach, 1 tsp oil
  • 30 g sour cream, 1 egg, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, 2 tablespoons grated. Cheese
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sesame

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes and carrots. Peel and chop the onion. Clean and wash the spinach, fry with the onion in hot oil

    Put everything in a greased casserole dish. Whisk cream and egg, season. Add cheese and sesame seeds. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes
