Spicy turkey skewers

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 thin turkey escalopes (approx. 150 g each)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 250 g rice, 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Tangerines
  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 100 ml clear broth (instant)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS chunky peanut cream (from the jar)
  • 12 wooden skewers

Directions

    Boil up about 1 l salted water. Wash and dab the meat. Cut lengthwise into 3 strips, pull onto skewers. Brush with soy sauce. Cook rice in boiling water for about 20 minutes

    Drain the skewers, save the marinade. Fry the skewers in a large pan in 2 tbsp. hot oil in 2 portions for approx. 4 minutes. Drain the mandarins, measure 100 ml juice

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Season skewers, take them out. Dissolve the meat with stock, juice and 2 tablespoons of marinade. Stir in peanut cream, bring to the boil and season

    Drain the rice. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Sauté spring onions. Steam rice briefly. Fold in mandarins. Serve with skewers and peanut sauce
