Spicy pork tenderloin with broccoli

Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli, salt, pepper
  • 50 g Cashew nuts
  • 500 g Pork tenderloin
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 200 g small mushrooms
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2-1 red chilli pepper or
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sambal Oelek
  • 4 TABLESPOONS oil, 4-6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth

Directions

    Clean broccoli, wash it. Cut into florets. Peel the stems and cut into thin slices. Steam covered in little boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain well. Roast the seeds without fat

    Wash the meat if necessary, dab dry. Cut into very thin slices. Clean and wash carrots and mushrooms. Cut carrots into thin slices, halve mushrooms. Peel garlic and chop finely. If necessary, remove seeds from the chilli pepper, wash and chop finely.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a table wok. Brown 1/4 of the meat in it, take it out. Then fry 1/4 each of broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and garlic together in hot frying fat. Add the meat again. Add 1/4 each of soy sauce, chilli or sambal oelek and broth. Stew everything for about 5 minutes. Season to taste. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of seeds over it. Prepare the remaining 3 portions in the same way. Goes well with rice
