Spicy parsley sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 3-5 thick cloves of garlic
  • 6 Anchovy fillets (from the jar)
  • 2 Federation flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 TEASPOON coarse sea salt
  • 125 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Rinse anchovies and dab dry. Wash parsley and chop coarsely. Finely mash garlic, anchovies, parsley and salt. Stir in the oil bit by bit.

    Season the sauce with pepper and lemon juice.
