  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 sachet (150 g) Baby peppers
  • 8 orange peppers
  • 4 (150 g each) Curry sausages
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean and wash the spring onions. Wash the bell peppers and capsicums. Halve the peppers. Cut the sausages diagonally into pieces. Put all ingredients alternately on 8 skewers and fry them on the grill all around for about 10 minutes. Wash the basil, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Arrange the skewers on a plate and garnish with basil
