Spicy mincemeat tartlets

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 250 g + some flour
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 125 g cold butter/margarine, salt
  • 100 g Leeks (leek)
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g gem. minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON oil, cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp for the moulds
  • 150 g Gouda cheese

Directions

    Briefly knead 250 g flour, egg, fat in pieces and a little salt with your hands to a smooth dough. Chill for about 30 minutes.

    Clean and wash the leek and tomatoes. Cut leek into fine rings. Halve the tomatoes. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Fry leek and tomatoes briefly. Season to taste and let it cool down.

    Grease the tartlet moulds (approx. 5 cm Ø) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Roll out the dough on some flour to a thickness of approx. 1/2 cm. Cut out approx. 12 circles (approx. 7 cm Ø) and line the moulds with them

    Spread the mince into the moulds. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Grate cheese. After about 15 minutes sprinkle over the cheese and bake until done

    If you do not have a cake tin, you can also bake a large cake in the spring or pie tin (approx. 26 cm Ø)
