Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Grease a small casserole dish. Whisk eggs, milk and aiwar with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the casserole dish.
Sprinkle diced paprika over it. Place the casserole dish in a wide flat pot. Pour on so much hot water that about 2/3 of the mould is in the water. Bring the water to the boil and let the egg milk simmer on a low heat for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is firm.
Turn over the egg and cut into pieces.
