Spicy minced skewers with red cabbage salad and chilli sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head red cabbage (about 700 g)
  • 4-5 Tbsp Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Bread roll
  • 1 small onion
  • 250 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 100 g roasted and salted peanuts
  • 5 TABLESPOONS sweet-sour chili sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 g Radish sprouts
  • 8 Wood skewers

Directions

    Remove outer red cabbage leaves. Halve the red cabbage, remove the stalk and cut or slice the cabbage into very thin strips. Add vinegar, knead well and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let the salad steep for about 45 minutes

    Soak rolls in water. Peel onion and cut into fine cubes. Knead minced meat, egg yolk, onion and well squeezed out roll. Season with salt and pepper. From the ha

    Finely chop the peanuts. Arrange the sauce and peanuts on a flat plate. Heat oil in a pan and fry skewers for about 6 minutes, turning them over. Remove, first turn in the sauce and then roll in peanuts. Mix red cabbage with sprouts and arrange in small bowls with 2 skewers each
