Spicy Feta Sauces

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp or firm sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 bunch/pot of basil
  • 2 eggs, 4 tomatoes
  • 2 Onions, 2 tsp frozen parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar

    Peel the garlic. Puree and season with 150 g feta and sour cream. Wash, finely chop and stir in basil

    Tomato-egg vinaigrette:

    Hard boil eggs. Wash the tomatoes. Peel onions and eggs. Dice the whole thing and 50 g feta. Mix with parsley, oil and vinegar and season to taste. Boiled potatoes go well with it
